Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work to be done includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct the water main replacement project in two (2) phases all-inclusive of the following: Includes the installation of approximately 289 lineal feet of 8 through 12' cured in place pipe liner, 529 lineal feet of 8 through 12" PVC (SDR 35 or SDR 26) gravity main along with 32 VF of manhole coating to be installed and one, 14 - 16 vertical foot manhole to be removed and replaced, asphalt roadway open cut and repair with final mill and resurfacing, concrete curb removal and replacement, isolation valves, fire hydrants, new residential services, relocation of existing meters requiring access to private property and Osceola County applicable permits and the usual appurtenances. A Bid Security shall be made payable to TOHO, in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified or cashier's check, a Bid Bond on the form provided (or substantial equivalent) issued by a Surety meeting the requirements of Article 5: Bonds and Insurance of Section 00700: General Conditions, or other security as provided by law The Bid Security of the Low Bidder shall be retained until such Bidder has executed the Contract, furnished the required Payment and Performance Bonds and Insurance Certificates, and complied with all applicable requirements, whereupon it will be returned; if the Low Bidder fails to execute and deliver the Contract, furnish the required Payment and Performance Bonds and Insurance Certificates, and/or comply with all applicable requirements within 15 days of the Notice of Award, TOHO may annul the Notice of Award and the Bid Security may be forfeited. Toho reserves the right to reject any and all requests to modify the provisions of the Contract.
