Site work and paving for a civil project in Portis, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for construction of new relocated non-potable water supply submersible well pumps, water supply line, metering and control building, and a bulk water loadout station. Construction includes mobilization; construction staking; erosion control; approximately 273 linear feet of 2 and 3-inch PVC waterline; two submersible well pumps and well heads; metering and control building; bulk water loadout station; self-draining pit; grass seeding; Coordination with KDOT Roadway/Bridge replacement construction; electrical improvements and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States. The following waivers apply to this Contract: BABAA De Minimis, Small Grants, and Minor Components. Addendums and plan holder list will also be available through Wilson & Company, Inc. Engineers & Architects Contract time will be set in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and Agreement. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any line item in the bid form. Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $500,000. The Project has an expected duration of 150 calendar days.
