Project: Shade System for Depot Park Renewal ARC Project The City of Cullman, Alabama is accepting bids for the purchase, delivery, and installation of a Pre-Engineer Fabric Shade Structure for Depot Park Renewal ARC Project. Sealed Bids shall include the completion of the enclosed Materials Bid Schedule and 5% bid bond. Bid proposals must be submitted on the enclosed Attachment B - Bid Form with individual unit and installation pricing included. Bid proposals shall include terms, availability, firm unit pricing and FOB delivery and installation structure at Depot Park. The owner reserves the right to consider alternative pricing proposals. Any Bids received after the specified time will not be considered. Bid shall be submitted on Attachment B - Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days from the date of the opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
