The Project is located south of US-72 between Wallace Circle and Nance Road in Madison, Alabama. The Scope of Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of executing all work required to construct complete in place and ready to operate improvements shown in the Contract Documents and furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals that are necessary to complete the Scope of Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Technical questions should be directed to Taylor Schmidt at tschmidt@madisoncountyal.gov. Procurement questions should be directed to Jennie Weatherly at jweatherly@madisoncountyal.gov. The Madison County Commission reserves the right to award this bid on an all-or-none or item by item basis, to refuse all bids, and to waive technicalities.
