On behalf of the City of Monona, Bray Architects is pleased to extend you an opportunity to submit qualifications for construction management - at risk services. It should be noted that the terms Construction Manager, Contractor, and General Contractor may be used interchangeably in this request for qualifications; all these terms refer to the same company. The City is seeking qualifications from firms that specialize in community engagement/referendum support, conceptual cost estimating, pre-construction, complex phased additions and renovations, and construction of municipal projects including police, fire/EMS, and municipal administration buildings. Included as an exhibit to this RFQ are the most recent space needs assessment and floor plans dated June 14, 2024. The City will likely generate a shortlist of qualified construction managers and request a formal fee proposal from them. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for July 31, 2024. The City reserves the right to competitively bid the project if they find it advantageous to them at any time. All costs associated with the preparation of a response to this request for qualifications and attendance at an interview (if applicable) is the sole responsibility of the submitting vendor.
