Reference Number 0000355641 The Town of Pagosa Springs Public Works Department, Facilities Division, intends to asphalt the unpaved portions of the Town's Public Works Maintenance Facility yard. The yard currently consists of approximately 25,000 square feet of crushed asphalt surface divided into multiple non-continuous sections. Question Deadline 07/04/2024 at 12:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online No, All questions about the meaning or intent of the contract documents are to be submitted to the Owner in writing. Replies will be issued only by Addenda. Questions received less than three (3) days prior to the date of opening of bids will not be answered. The Owner would prefer t proceed with the work at the earliest reasonable time. The Owner intends to have construction complete by October 31st, 2024.
