Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline Jul 03, 2024 02:00 PM NDT Building HVAC system has reached its end of life and requires upgrading. Work under this project includes but not limited to: Consultant shall review options to modernize and improve the existing HVAC system by analyzing the building's equipment and requirements and adding or replacing equipment which is not functioning properly and/or efficiently and potentially recognize energy savings. The primary components of the HVAC system to be investigated include but are not limited to the AHU's (including motors and fans), heat pumps, ductwork (including dampers and VAV boxes) and DDC controls. A full life cycle cost analysis of all options shall be completed to determine the best solution: investigate the integration of the HVAC units and DDC system with building automation systems for centralized monitoring and control. A feasibility study will be completed. Consultant will assess the existing equipment to recommend what needs to be replaced or upgraded. Project to include an Arc Flash and Short Circuit Study. Extent of upgrades will be determined based on outcome of investigation and budget.
