Tropical Texas Behavioral Health (TTBH) is now accepting sealed bid packets in response to the Request for Proposal of the Elevator Renovation and Construction for EOP Main. Any questions via e-mail to RFPINFO@ttbh.org. TTBH reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities and reasonable irregularities in submitted documents as it deems to be in its best interest and is not obligated to accept the lowest proposal. TTBH will not be responsible for any proposals not submitted electronically by the stated deadline for any reason. Tropical Texas Behavioral Health solicits a request for proposal on renovation for the existing elevator and the construction of a new elevator in the existing building located at "1901 S. 24 th Ave, Edinburg, Texas."The Edinburg site will need to remain open and accessible to clients and employees during construction. Anticipated time frames and project completion date can be negotiated with the selected contractor but no more than 12 months from the award date is expected.
