El Paso County Hospital District d/b/a University Medical Center of El Paso has partnered with Bonfire Interactive to create a new procurement portal that will allow you to receive notifications of business opportunities and submit bids/proposals to University Medical Center of El Paso digitally. Should you have any questions related to this bid please submit your request to Liliana Guerrero at bidsquestions@umcelpaso.org Describe the Offerors' experience in the last five (5) years in any renovation projects of significant scope similar to University Medical Center of El Paso including: Project name, location, description, size, and project cost Date of Substantial Completion Owner and key project team members (include address & telephone number) Services performed by the Offeror or persons currently employed by the Offeror as well as the Offeror's office performing the work (if applicable) Any awards, recognition, or commendations related to the project Personnel who worked on the project who are being proposed for this project Based on the available information, Offeror shall prepare a preliminary Project Schedule based on Calendar Days, commencing on a Notice To Proceed to the Architect on August 15, 2024. Format shall follow the Design segments as described in Exhibit A; Architect shall allow two week Owner Review between Preliminary Design and Design for Construction. Architect shall include 8 week period for General Contractor - Bid/Negotiate/Contract Negotiation and Notice To Proceed. Construction durations based on Architect's understanding of Scope of Work.
