Reference number: 20000099 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-07-08 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 4 The Town of Brownsburg-Chatham wishes to receive offers for collection and transportation services for residual materials throughout its territory for a period of 4 months. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received nor to incur any obligation of any kind towards the bidder(s). It declines all liability towards any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion and the City cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its council. The City reserves the right to provide the various elements of the estimate in whole or in part. A bid security of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid as well as a notice of intention of an undertaking to issue a performance bond in accordance with the present.
