Reference number: 20002196 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-07-02 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 36 Winter maintenance of municipal roads 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 The Municipality of L'Isle-aux-Coudres is requesting tenders for the winter maintenance of municipal roads under its responsibility for a period of three (3) years, i.e. for the winter seasons 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026- 2027, from October 15 to May 15 for each season. The Municipality reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids received and to remove certain parts of the contract. The Municipality declines all liability towards any of the bidders in the context of claims for costs or losses suffered following such decisions. The contract will be awarded on the decision of the Municipality council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its council.
