Reference number: 20001913 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-07-17 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 4 The MRC of Antoine-Labelle wishes to obtain bids for the completion of road and culvert repair work on the Le P'tit Train du Nord Linear Park (PTDN) over 3.72 km in the Mont-Laurier sector. Work includes, but is not limited to, clearing shoulders, reprofiling/digging ditches, cleaning culverts, replacing culverts, removing existing paving, granular resurfacing, preparation of the surface before paving, paving and resurfacing of shoulders with topsoil with seeding. The contractor must establish its work program so that all of the work extends over a maximum period of eight (8) consecutive calendar weeks and the paving work must be completed no later than October 24, 2024. Seeding work is excluded from this deadline, but must comply with the specifications of the estimate. If necessary, the contractor can establish his work program in two phases by postponing the paving and shoulder work until spring 2025. If this is the case, this work must be carried out before the opening of the PTDN to the public (end of May) and all other work can be carried out until the end of November 2024.
