The County of Ventura is requesting proposals for Architectural and Engineering services to provide professional consulting services to assist with the planning, design and construction to repair and improve Foster Park located in Ventura, CA. As of October 2, 2025, per the owner, this project is in design, and an architect has been selected. The city is getting ready to go to the Board of Supervisors on Nov 14 for the Construction Design Contract award. They anticipate taking this project out to bid for construction next summer at the earliest. Construction is expected to commence in late fall of 2026 or Spring 2027.
