PGW currently operates four (4) fueling stations equipped with regulated underground storage tank (ust) systems that are currently active and are registered with the Pennsylvania department of environmental protection (PADEP) division of storage tanks. PGW also actively maintains two (2) regulated aboveground storage tanks (asts) that are registered with the PADEP division of storage tanks. PGW requires the professional services of a contractor to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations as well as fire codes that apply to these regulated storage tank systems. PGW is in the process of building one (1) new fueling station equipped with regulated underground and above storage tanks that will be registered with the Pennsylvania department of environmental protection (PADEP) division of the storage tank. These include two 4,000 gallon diesel underground tanks, two 15,000 gallon gasoline underground tanks, and one 2,000 motor oil above ground tank. PGW requires the professional services of a contractor to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations as well as fire codes that apply to these regulated storage tank systems. The contract between PGW and the successful Proposer for the storage tank compliance services shall be four (4) years, unless terminated earlier by PGW.
