The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The project is a type 2B construction with Group A-3/B occupancy 2 story (12,622 SF) building with attached parking for 50 passenger vehicles and 19 bus bays with canopies and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
