Underground and Directional Boring Services The name and address of the Bidder, and the date and hour of the opening of bids must appear on the envelope in which the proposal is submitted. Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations, etc. and those attached to and made a part of the proposals. The Town of Huntersville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder taking into consideration quality, performance, and time specified in the bid for the performance of the contract. Any bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. Proposals and all supporting documents required to be attached thereto must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the attention of Mr. David Lucore, ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc., VIA FED EX, UPS OR OTHER COURIER SERVICE TO: 11316 Sam Furr Road, Huntersville, North Carolina 28078.
