The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting sealed bids for an annual contract for the purchase of Liquid Calcium Thiosulfate, in accordance with the specifications provided herein. Prices bid for materials must be for deliveries FOB Destination at location(s) specified below. Title to any shipment shall be held to pass only upon actual delivery and acceptance at the designated delivery point(s). Wylie Complex - Plants I and II 810 Highway 78 North Wylie, TX 75098 Wylie Treatment Complex - Plants III and IV 775 Lynda Lane Wylie, TX 75098 Bonham Treatment Plant 2073 FM 273 Bonham, TX 75418 Tawakoni Treatment Plant 18015 CR 329 Terrell, TX 75161 Leonard Treatment Plant 17600 S State Highway 78 Leonard, TX 75452 All deliveries to the NTMWD Tawakoni WTP must be via FM 429 at Ables Springs onto County Road 330 and thence to the WTP. All trucks must enter and leave by this route. The initial term of this agreement will be effective from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. The District reserves the right to renew the term of the agreement for four (4) additional one (1) year period (October 1 through September 30) upon the same terms and conditions of the original bid, with said options to be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
