Site work for a water / sewer project in Milford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project shall include furnishing and installing all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals to construct the work which generally involves the removal of existing stormwater discharge and remaining piles, and installation of approximately 170 linear feet of 36" storm drain (including pile support systems), reconstructing or restoring the project area to existing conditions or better as required to complete the work. A Bid Bond of 5% of the total bid is required and must accompany each bid. Bids must be held firm for 90 days. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of the proposer or a bid (bid) bond with a surety acceptable to the City in an amount equal to at least FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder must file a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Labor and Materials Bond, and Certificate of Insurance on notice of Contract award. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to reject any or all bids, any part thereof, waive defects in same, or accept any bid deemed to be in the City's best interest.
