Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Longueuil, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Upgrades and repairs to the open-air swimming pool located in Laurier Park in Longueuil. The scope of work includes renovations of the open air main and paddling pools, renovation of the pool chalet, upgrades to the mechanical and electrical equipment of the facility. TIMELINE: Preliminary studies and conceptual design are underway. The project is included it into the Three-year capital expenditure program (PTI) 2026-2028 of Longueil agglomeration. Scope of work and timelines of the project development are being finalized. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling further design development of the project is anticipated in spring/summer 2026 after award of a full team of professional consultants, construction start is not anticipated before late 2026/early 2027.
