Balfour Beatty / Metcon has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the project and will receive bids from and contract with the principal contractors for the execution of the work. The preliminary budget for this project is approximately $1,500,000. Minority Owned Small Business (MSB) participation and Women Owned Small Business (WSB) participation goals will be set for each individual bid package.
