Renovation of a municipal facility in Rosemount, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Dakota County reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Quotation received and to accept any alternate (if applicable) in any order or combination. At its own expense, Contractor shall procure and maintain all licenses, certifications, registrations, permits, or other rights required for the provision of the Services under this Contract. Contractor shall furnish copies of the above to the County upon request. Contractor shall provide Notice to the County of any changes in the above within five (5) calendar days of such change. Any violation of this section is a material breach of this Contract. No Notice of Default is required to terminate under this section. Contractor shall pay wages to its employees at a rate not less than those established by the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry for commercial construction projects. In accordance with Minn. Stat. 471.345, subd. 7 and Dakota County Board Resolution No. 95-55. The contractor will purchase and install four 3070 RH HM Frame and Door, 32D HW Hinges, EPT 10, L9092 EU Schlage Lockset, 7764 DPS, Sweep, Threshold, 34"x34" kick plate, Drip Cap, Raceway, LCN 4040XP-EDA Door Closer (Item No.: Door Hardware)
