The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Sanitary Facilities Septic System Improvements, East Brimfield Lake, Holland, MA. The Solicitation and Resulting Contract Shall Be the Governing Document in All Cases THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform a partial replacement of the existing septic system at Lake Siog recreation area. Remove existing septic lines, pump, pump chamber and pump panel. Replace with new septic tank, pump chamber and pump panel. Replace and connect new sewer lines to existing building and two recreation vehicle (RV) sites. Existing siphon chamber and Septic tank will be collapsed and filled with sand. Attached drawings show the as-built conditions of the existing septic system as well as the new layout. All work shall reference the separately attached design drawings titled "Drawings - Improvements to Sanitary Facilities at Lake Siog". All work must meet all applicable industry standards and shall comply with any applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations. All work shall be performed by a Massachusetts licensed septic system installer. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
