Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Amherst, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Providing design and engineering services, including preparation of general specifications and bid ready documents, for general construction bidding for the Bangs Community Center Renovations located at 70 Boltwood Walk, Amherst, MA, in accordance with the scope of services outlined in Section II of Part 1. The Town of Amherst is seeking to commission one firm to provide all design services necessary to complete all required documents and perform construction administration for the project. Bidding and Award December 2024 Construction Begins March 2025 Construction Complete June 2026 All questions shall be emailed to Simone Cristofori at cristoforis@amherstma.gov. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
