The work also includes epoxy pit filling, welded pit filing, steel plating, exterior grouting, installing a screen on the overflow pipe, replacing the existing manways and hatches with modern alternatives, installing passive mixing system within reservoir. The work also includes providing all controls/electrical work for the control shed. To the Town of Easton, Massachusetts, acting through its Department of Public Works Regarding: Bay Road Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation, Contract WAT2023-2: The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid in the event that any bid item or items are obviously unbalanced or appear to the Owner to be so unbalanced as to affect or to be liable to affect adversely any interest of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it deems it to be in its best interest to do so.
