Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to provide and install classroom audio enhancement/intercom equipment in specific classrooms as indicated in the RFP and additional classrooms as needed for a period of one year. 2. All audio enhancement/intercom equipment shall be of current design standards to ensure compatibility with existing presentation boards. 3. Contractor shall confirm existing "to remain" components functionality and compatibility pre-& post new equipment installation. 4. Any required allowances for repair of existing components shall be determined pre-new equipment installation and pre-demo of existing equipment. 5. Contractor shall provide additional support as outlined In Specification / Basis for Design. 6. Provide 1-year NDL (labor and material) warranty for the new classroom audio enhancement and peripheral systems. Prorated warranties are not allowed. 7. Dispose all debris properly. Care needs to be taken to protect surrounding areas and personnel from debris.
