Vacant Unit Rehabilitation. Works consists of wall prep & paint, install VCT flooring, cabinets and countertops, tub refinishing and various minor repairs. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. These contracts are subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wages, OSHA Certification and DCAMM Eligibility. All Work is required to be delivered fully functional apartments and buildings to match or supersede existing conditions of the buildings and apartment units. All Work completed is to match the aesthetic quality of existing units. Internal Work in apartments as indicated herein, includes, but is not limited to new cabinetry installations, new flooring finishes, wall repair and texturing, painting, plumbing and electrical as intended and required.
