The work covered by this Statement of Work, (SOW) consists of, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all plant, labor, equipment devices, tools, materials, transportation, services, supervision, and all miscellaneous requirements to perform all operations in conjunction with the effort to accomplish the work identified below at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, Massachusetts. The work shall be complete and function as it is intended. All work shall be accomplished in conformance with applicable drawings, referenced specifications, industry standards, applicable building and environmental Codes, Regulations and Laws, and as written below Repair existing side walls and vertical baffles of the Small Arms Range. Project involves the following 2.1 Reattach ballistic rubber panels to steel backer plates, side walls and vertical baffles. 2.2 Provide and install a galvanized steel drip edge along top of steel backer plates of side walls and Vertical baffles. 2.3 Provide and install steel backer plates (weld to existing) with attached ballistic rubber Panels to remove any "blue sky" view from the firing line at the prone position. 2.4 Provide and install ballistic rubber panels to retention wall located at bottom of berm. 2.5 See Attachment 1, Specifications 2.6 See Attached documents of existing conditions: 2.6.1 Attachment #2 Ballistic Rubber Panel 2.6.2 Attachment #3 Shop Drawings 2.6.3 Attachment #4 Field Drawings Repair Small Arms Range Walls [MA Army National Guard] Project is for Repairs to the existing side walls and vertical baffles of the Small Arms Range at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, Massachusetts.
