Site work and renovation of a civil project in Genoa City, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of one lump-sum prime Contract and is generally described as follows: a packaged Natural Gas Emergency Generator - nominally 150KW, Automatic Transfer Switch, and panel modifications, complete as specified, including site work, erosion control, utilities, equipment mechanical and electrical work, instrumentation and control, painting, concrete, restoration, clean-up, and start-up. Project is to be substantially complete on, or before, September 1, 2025. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Owner in an amount of 5 percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 15 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages. Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract price. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and the right to accept the Bid or Bids which best serve the interests of the Owner, subject to the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes, Sections 62.15 and 66.0901. Owner reserves the right to postpone the award of the Contract for a period not exceeding 45 days from the date of bid opening. Bids shall remain firm for that period of time. The Owner further reserves the right to retain the security deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders during that time.
