The project consists of constructing a new 52,700 sf hangar facility which includes approximately 8,100 sf of office area and 44,600 sf of hangar space. The project includes all associated site work which includes site utilities, grading, landscaping, asphalt parking, and concrete paving for the air side access. The CMAA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities, technicalities or omissions therein. The CMAA also reserves the right to reject any bids from Bidders who have claims or litigation pending against the CMAA and to reject the bid when a parent, subsidiary, affiliate, or predecessor in interest of the Bidder has claims or litigation pending against the CMAA when the CMAA determines such claims or litigation may adversely affect the ability of the CMAA to work efficiently and effectively with the contractor, or adversely affect the ability of the contractor to perform under the contract.
