2024 Street Rehabilitation. Question Deadline 07/08/2024 at 5:00 PM CT All technical questions shall be submitted at online. The deadline for questions . Answers to all written questions received prior to the deadline will be posted to on July 9, 2024. The Project consists of all labor, equipment and work for construction of approximately 2,010 SY of asphalt patching on streets within the city limits with a additive alternate items for additional replacement of asphalt patching for a potential total of 2,292 SY. This project is subject to all required construction testing in accordance with the construction plans and City of Boerne specifications. Scope Scope of work includes rehabilitation for three streets in the City of Boerne for a total of 2,010 square yards pavement repair in the base bid, and additive alternate of 282 square yards. Pavement repair includes removal of 8" of material and replacement with 8" Type B Asphalt. See locations of repairs in Exhibit A and B, bid form, and specs for additional information. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. City of Boerne reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding.
