Reference number: 20012820 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-08-19 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 12 Purpose of the contract: the Municipality is requesting tenders for snow clearing services on the roads listed in the specifications on the territory of the Municipality of Notre-Dame-de-Montauban. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality's Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
