Site work for a road / highway in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work contemplated consists of replacing and updating multiple fire hydrants from 2-port to 3-port hydrants as well as replacing a service connection that serves multiple residences in the Palatine Hill Water District service area. Proposals must be submitted on the prescribed forms and must be accompanied by bid bond executed in favor of Palatine Hill Water District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish to the Palatine Hill Water District a performance bond and a payment bond each equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid. The Palatine Hill Water District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interests of the Palatine Hill Water District. The Palatine Hill Water District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so.
