Orange County, Florida, henceforth referred to as the County is accepting sealed offers for Janitorial Services - Orange County Sun Rail Stations (Y24-1098) deadline for questions: Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 5:00 pm EST. Respondents are instructed not to contact the initiating division directly. Untimely questions are unable to be submitted in the question and answer module, thereafter respondents raising critical concerns must email ana.villalona@ocfl.net. Critical clarifications may be made via addenda, however, untimely questions may not be considered. The County reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all offers and to make the award to that respondent who, in the opinion of the County, will be in the best interest of and/or the most advantageous to the County. The County also reserves the right to reject the offer of any respondent who has previously failed in the proper performance of an award, to deliver on time contracts of a similar nature, or who, in the County's opinion, is not in a position to perform properly under this award.
