Repair of Rotork Actuators. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of P.l. 1975, C.127 (N.j.a.c. 17:27). If bidders have any questions about the proposed work, please contact Len Gipson, (856) 541-5200 ext. 2372, Monday thru Friday, 8:00A.M. to 3:00P.M. This specification contains requirements for the repair of Rotork Actuators that are currently installed at the CCMUA's Delaware #1 WPCF and various pump stations. These units will be removed by Authority forces, banded, palletized, and shipped to the vendor. 2.0 GENERAL 2.1 Equipment repairs shall be in compliance with all OSHA, local, state, and federal codes and regulations. 2.2 Repaired equipment shall be warranted for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of the returned unit. Warranty shall be supplied at the time of delivery and shall be in typed form. 2.3 When the actuator is received and disassembled, the rebuild shall be in accordance with the original manufacturer's specifications and tolerances. The repair shall include cleaning of all reusable parts, replacement of all O-rings, installation of new parts, and a new fill of oil. A detailed description of all parts used, including markup/discount as listed on the bid form, labor hours charged and freight charged shall be included with all invoices.
