Renovation of an educational facility in Fairview, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Northwest Technology Center-Fairview Campus HVAC Replacement Provisions contained in the State of Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 (Act) shall be followed. Bidders with bids in excess of $50,000.00 shall be required to submit a 5% bid security with proposals and adhere to the requirements of the bid documents. Performance, Statutory and Defect Bonds are required for bids with contract amount exceeding $50,000.00. Along with the bid form included in the project manual, each bidder must submit a sworn notarized affidavit of (1) non-collusion and (2) business relationships. The Owner reserves the right to reject any informality, or to reject any/all bids. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of (30) days after bid opening
