Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Closter, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; for paving for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

Disclaimer: In order to bid on this project, you MUST contact DMR Architects for the bid documents. The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Erection of two (2) pre- engineered pole barns at the Closter DPW site. Principal items of work in the project include: a. Ground Improvements per Geotechnical Report b. Underground Utilities c. Sitework - Excavation & Paving d. Footings & Foundations e. Furnishing & installation of pre-fabricated structure f. Overhead Doors. g. Painting h. Traffic Coatings i. Rough Carpentry j. Electrical & Fire Alarm The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 180 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Each bid must be made upon the prescribed forms, furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications, including the non-collusion affidavit and ownership statement compliance form and must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a big guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond of ten (10%) percent of the amount bid but not to exceed $20,000.00. Such checks and Bonds shall be made payable to the Owner and will be held as a Guarantee that in the event the Bid is accepted and a Contract awarded to the bidder, the Contract shall be duly executed and its performance properly secured. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver to the Owner a performance bond and a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent each of the accepted bid amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, N.J.A.C. 7:22- 9.10, or other applicable law; to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions in the bids received and to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder, as per N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-1, et seq. No interpretations of the meaning of the Contract Documents will be made orally to any prospective bidder by the Engineer, the Architect or any representative of the Owner. Notice of revisions or addenda to the Contract Documents shall be no later than seven (7) days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted, prior to the date for acceptance of bids be published in a legal newspaper and be made available by notification in writing by certified mail to any person who has submitted a bid or who received a bid package
