Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Closter, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; for paving for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

As of February 7, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Disclaimer: In order to bid on this project, you MUST contact DMR Architects for the bid documents. The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Erection of two (2) pre- engineered pole barns at the Closter DPW site. Principal items of work in the project include: Question Deadline 01/06/2025 NJ.P.E. #24GE01749100 a. Ground Improvements per Geotechnical Report b. Foundations & slab-on-grade c. Furnishing & installation of pre-fabricated structure d. Overhead Doors. The following work will be performed and coordinated by the Owner and excluded from the bid. e. Underground Utilities f. Sitework - Excavation & Paving g. Painting h. Rough Carpentry i. Electrical & Fire Alarm The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 180 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Each bid must be made upon the prescribed forms, furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications, including the non-collusion affidavit and ownership statement compliance form and must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a big guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond of ten (10%) percent of the amount bid but not to exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver to the Owner a performance bond and a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent each of the accepted bid amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of the Contract. Further, the successful bidder must furnish the policies or Certificates of Insurance required by the Contract. In default thereof, said checks and the amount represented thereby will be forfeited to the aforesaid Owner as liquidated damages. Bids must be accompanied, in the case of corporations not chartered in New Jersey, by proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding equal employment opportunity, as amended. All corporations and partnerships and limited liability companies must comply with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, regarding disclosure of members, partners and stockholders. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, addressed to the Owner and labeled for the The successful bidder will be required to comply with all provisions of prevailing wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor. Unless otherwise permitted by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.3, all bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24. The Owner and Bidder may agree to hold bids for consideration for a longer period of time, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24. The Owner reserves the right to reject bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-a13.2, N.J.A.C. 7:22- 9.10, or other applicable law; to waive minor informalities or non- material exceptions in the bids received and to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder, as per N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-1, et seq.
