Site work and paving for a civil project in Upper Providence Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and road / highway.

The project includes providing all labor, equipment, materials and temporary shoring required to complete the demolition, removal and replacement of the existing CMP culverts stone masonry downstream end wall and wingwalls with a new reinforced concrete end wall and wingwalls, and the installation of scour countermeasures. The project includes the removal of approximately 60 feet of 30 RCP storm sewer pipe and an existing modified box storm inlet, and construction of a rerouted storm sewer with approximately 59 linear feet 30 RCP, new modified Type 6 box type C inlet, and a 5 -foot diameter storm manhole. The project also includes construction of approximately 109 linear feet of 10 CL52 DIP sanitary sewer and 3 sanitary manholes to reroute an existing sanitary sewer away from the new end wall and wingwalls. The project also includes removal and replacement of concrete curbing as well as the removal, salvaging and reinstallation of guide rail. he project includes providing all labor, equipment and materials to complete the installation of an asphalt pavement overlay of approximately 1,640 square yards of Superpave Asphalt Mix Design, Wearing Course 9.5 mm Mix to a 1-1/2 depth, milling the existing surface to a depth of 1-1/2, and pavement base repairs of Keokuk Road from Iroquois Drive to South Lewis Rood. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for the period of days stated in the bid form from the date the bids are opened. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount and a Maintenance Bond in the amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount thereafter required on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents and Waiver of Lien. The right is reserved to waive any informality in the Bid, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Owner, at the time and under the circumstances stipulated. The Work will be substantially completed within 60 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
