Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of August 14, 2024, project was awarded to Eagle Asphalt Sealcoating Co. LLC , awarded amount is $89,604.36.** Work includes, but is not limited to, 2-inch grinding, asphalt paving, extruded concrete curbs, speed bumps, wheel stops and painted striping, and other tasks as described in the bid documents. Liquidated damages will be assessed for each calendar day that the Contractor exceeds the time for completion in the amount of $500. Question Deadline 07/18/2024 at 9:00 AM PT Questions pertaining to the bid are to be sent via email to MichelleJ@kcha.org no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid due date. All responses shall be in the form of Addenda. Addenda will be posted on KCHA's website. BID GUARANTEE: Not Required. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS: As a condition of award Performance and Payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work. On contracts of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) or less, at Contractors option the requirement may be waived in lieu of an additional 5% (total 10%) retainage. KCHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the opening of the bids without the written consent of KCHA.
