Renovation of a municipal facility in Pana, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of: oConstructing awatertight roof with accommodating drainage of all water collected and responsibly discharged beyond building limits. o Providing stabilization/repair of the building perimeter walls including intermediate floor levels bracing to provide support of the new roof and walls. o Providing a competent building envelope to allow additional interior building improvements to occur. The City of Pana reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids, reject any or all bids and to accept any bid deemed most advantageous to the City. Successful bidder shall provide Certificate of Insurance to the City providing with no less than the following: Workers Compensation: $1,000,000 each accident for bodily injury by accident;$1,000,000 each employee for bodily injury by disease; $1,000,000 policy limit for bodily injury by disease. General Liability Insurance (CGL): Commercial general liability on an occurrence coverage form. The limits ofliability shall not be less than: $1,000,000 each occurrence (combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage); $1,000,000 for personal and advertising injury liability; $1,000,000 aggregate on products and completed operations; $2,000,000 general aggregate. Illinois Prevailing Wage Act 820 ILCS 130/0.01 will apply. The City of Pana is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Minority business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids for this project.
