The Projects Include the Following: Project a - Blanshard Street (Caledonia Avenue to Kings Road) & Bay Street (Tyee Road to Vancouver Street), Project B - Cook Street (Bay Street to Tolmie Avenue). TIMELINE: Request for proposals from consultants/consulting Firms to provide support services for Two Projects, has closed an a preferred proponent chosen. The two Projects will include various levels of effort related to detailed design, tender documentation and construction administration and inspection. The Intent will be to complete these Projects in 2025 and prioritize the deployment of cost-effective active transportation improvements in conjunction with road paving to address existing safety concerns and expand a diversity of safe and convenient mobility options. Further update in late summer 2025.
