Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Winter Garden, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project consists of the conversion of Tucker Ranch - a sprawling 209-acre park at 100 Avalon Road in Winter Garden, that was once a working cattle ranch into the new Tucker Ranch Health and Wellness Park. Conversion includes new site infrastructure, mass earthwork, landscaping, hardscaping and the construction of three new buildings. Required Completion Date: Project Completion July 2026 All such questions shall be submitted no later than 12:00PM Thursday, June 20, 2024. If contracts are awarded, the successful bidder will be required to post performance, labor, and material payment bonds. In addition, the successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable laws and the successful bidder will execute contracts directly with the City of Winter Garden.
