The purpose of this advertisement is to solicit interest from the consulting industry to provide Final Design and Construction Engineering Services for the Route 280, Route 80 to Route 95 project. The work will include designing a functional system, including connected vehicle technology for connectivity between infrastructure on the highway and nearby vehicle to enable exchange of information. The project will also include but not limited to the design of Wrong-Way Driving Systems (WWDS) and ITS such as Dynamic Messaging System (DMS) along the corridor that can exchange real time information to alert motorists, and Camera Surveillance Systems (CSS).
