Reference Number 0000355887 The Traffic Division is procuring (9) traffic signal cabinets this year and will be purchasing more per year for the next few years. Purpose: The Town is seeking to place an initial order for nine (9) traffic signal cabinets. The Town intends to contract with the selected vendor for an initial one-year agreement with up to four additional one-year renewals. While not guaranteed, the Town may select a primary vendor and a secondary vendor for these products. It is anticipated that six to ten additional units per year will be needed in the future (not guaranteed.) Scope of Work: Delivery location: Town of Parker - Public Works Operations Center (PWOC) 9045 Tammy Lane , Parker, CO 80134 1. Provide delivered pricing, drawings, and material data sheets. 2. Provide warranty and service contact information. 3. Provide manufacturing lead time. A lead-time of less than (20) weeks is preferred. 4. Final cabinet layout/configuration to be approved by Town staff. 5. Delivery: FOB Destination. The Town will assist with offloading the equipment.
