for the Sanitary System for the new Town Hall building Sealed Bids arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. All potential bidders may submit any questions regarding this bid by June 25, 2024 so that they can be reviewed and answered by June 27, 2024. Send questions to the Town Clerk via email at clerk@tn.stjoseph.wi.gov In general, the Project Work consists of installation of a sanitary system on the south side of the new Town Hall. BIDS: To be considered, Bids must be sealed and addressed to the Town Clerk, Town of St Joseph, 1337 County Rd V, Hudson, WI, 54016. Bids must be endorsed with the name and address of the Bidder and the Project Name for which the Bid is being submitted. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Town Board will review the bids and if the project is awarded, the award will be made on the basis of the lowest, responsive, responsible qualified Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Town.
