Site work for a water / sewer project in Winchester, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The Project generally consists of rehabilitation of 36 sanitary sewer manholes, four (4) point repairs, and the abandonment and installment of approximately 790 lineal feet of sanitary sewer force main. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner. Contractor and subcontractors shall pay all laborers and mechanics employed or working upon the project unconditionally and not less than prevailing wages as identified elsewhere in the Contract.
