Excavation for foundations and placement of foundation materials 7. Design, supply and installation of a precast concrete box culvert complete with TL 4 concrete traffic barrier 8. Design, supply and installation of concrete gravity block retaining walls 9. Placement of road granulars, including grid style reinforcing layer 10. Installation of curb and gutter including gabion spillway 11. Repaving of the roadway with 60mm base course and 50mm surface course 12. Installation of guide rail 13. Placement of granular "A" shouldering material 14. Removal of temporary bypass road 15. Hydroseeding of disturbed areas of the project site 16. General site clean up and Demobilization Construction of the road way shall generally follow an RLU 70 standard cross section with some modifications as noted herein and on the Contract Drawings.
