The proposals are for furnishing custodial services at the City's Library, Municipal Complex, Police Station, Public Works Offices and Fire Station 51. Cleaning for a period of three (3) years beginning October 1, 2024 and ending October 31, 2027, with an option for two (1) year extensions, upon mutual consent, in accordance with specifications dated June 20, 2024. Questions concerning this request should be directed to Chuck Pomerenke, Facilities Manager, at (414) 479-8959, or cpomerenke@wauwatosa.net All questions shall be submitted by 12:00 P.M., Monday July 22, 2024. When appropriate, responses to questions received will be sent to all plan holders of record by 1:00 P.M., Thursday July 25, 2024. All proposal prices shall be firm for the life of the contract subject to acceptance of a proposal within sixty (60) days from date of proposal opening. Unit prices to govern. The City of Wauwatosa reserves, exclusively to itself, the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City and to waive any or all technicalities or informalities in submitted proposals. No alterations or modifications to proposals shall be allowed after proposal opening.
