Bids will be received for the: CONTRACT PLAYGROUND OF POSSIBILITIES RUBBER SURFACE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $190,000 This project is funded using a federal Community Development Block Grant through the Cuyahoga County Department of Development. A Bidder/Contractor will be deemed committed to the Department of Labor's goals and timetables for the Cleveland, Ohio area as specified in the Notice of Requirements for Affirmative Action to ensure Equal Employment Opportunity Executive Order 11246 by submitting a properly signed bid.
