The project areas are located along existing waterline alignments in Cuyahoga County. The locations are along Clarendon Road, between Lee Road and Taylor Road, and Edgerly Road, between Runnymede Boulevard and Fenley Road. It is our understanding that approximately 2,500 feet of existing waterline will be replaced along Clarendon Rd and 1,000 feet of existing waterline will be replaced along Edgerly Rd. It is our understanding that the proposed replacement waterline will be installed using open cut trench methods, at an approximate depth of 6 feet below existing ground surface. A review of Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) available data indicated that there are no known gas wells, water wells, surficial karst formations or historical mine activity that took place within the area of the project site. SCOPE A. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services, and perform all operations necessary to furnish to the Owner a complete color audio-video DVD record of the surface features within the proposed construction zone of influence. This record shall include, but not be limited to, all audio-video DVDs, storage cases, video logs, and indexes.
