The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is seeking bids for HVAC (Heating furnace and A/C unit) system replacement the Cross Timbers State Park Office Building. This building includes both shop and office space. The shop space is heated separately with tube heater and wood stove and the area will not be included in heating/ac needs. The office space is approximately 1556 square feet, this building is brick/cinder block outer walls. All current duct work is in the ceiling and should be used with new system. The propane furnace is to have an efficiency rating of no less than 95%. The A/C unit shall be 16.0 SEER with 410-A Freon refrigerant. Installation will include replacing the old unit with new and tying into existing duct work. System shall include a new thermostat. All labor and materials are to be included in the bid price.
